A kunai was a trowel, it could be used as a little hammer and it was sharpened slightly to use for stabbing later one, but it never really was ment to be a weapon. I wasn't one of the best weapons ever.

The third oddly shaped kunai reminds me of a bachi. How long is that one?

I wasn't one of the best weapons ever. From what I read about history, guerrilla group such as, " Ninja" used weapons that looked like innocent tools. Even a blunt kunai can be thrown and hurt. Yet I think it is more reasonable for it as a CQB weapon. You can throw a coffee cup if you want. So obviously a shuriken weapon is made mostly for throwing. A buddy of mine used to throw pencils into the ceiling all over the class room. Every now and then one would drop, one time it hit the teacher that was to lazy to pull them out. My favorite shuriken is a screw driver, seriously. It isnt illegal and it works just as good. I have not thrown in years though.
