I guess .. becouse he is teaching "Kubaton" instead of "Kubotan".

it looks more like he is using tanbo than kubotan it's much bigger

I'm guessing that kubaton is korean for kubotan  bad teacher, bad student... A serious person won't believe this guy is good... The whole technique is done so badly that it won't be effective at all like this. If his students copies this it will be even worse than the original version. Only a complete noob can believe that choson does have some skills... |
